To test the afternoon, you fool! Urine test in the morning. If you are pregnant, is that the level of pregnancy hormone (hCG) are much more concentrated the urine in the bladder during the night. If you had to wake at 5 clock and urinate, then test, even if you're stupid, but do not waste urine!
