What are the beaches in New Zealand like and how much is temporary housing near them? - new zealand reit
I am planning a trip to New Zealand for a working holiday visa. The main reason for my visit is to surf, but obviously not the only one who will do what. I hear in the north of the island is best for surfing, the beaches are rocky and less tolerant of the South Island. I have no idea where I stay or if I can buy any apartment or room will. If you could light on some topics that would be greatly appreciated.

NZ beaches varied as the price for trying on a beach to remain across New Zealand in the summer.
It depends if you think that surfing is a sport the whole year through, then you probably have a knapsack found at a reasonable price in the vicinity of one of our main surf beaches (Raglan outside the usual peak season
I have a link to the list of beaches and apartments in New Zealand I hope that helps you ..

Try to Timaru and Dunedin on the South Island, sailing the whole year, even if the icebergs around
