2 / 3 cup boiling water
1 packet gelatin Jell-O brand strawberry or flavor you prefer.
Ice cubes
1 / 2 cup cold water
3 cups thawed whipped cream
1 biscuit crust


Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to make 1 cup of cold water. Stir until the ice has melted. Add Cool Whip and mix with a whisk until well combined. Refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, until the mixture is thick mound. Spoon into crust. Refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
